PrivateFundraising and Secondary Issues
Depending on client requirements and the particular circumstances present at the time, an IPO is not always the most appropriate fundraising solution. Even when the public markets are strong, there can be many reasons why it may not be appropriate to raise funds by way of IPO. In addition, companies which are already publicly traded typically turn to the secondary public markets to raise additional capital. Consequently, NextLevelCorporate designs, structures, arranges and project manages:
- private fundraisings (predominantly for companies which are not publicly traded)
- public fundraisings (predominantly secondary issues for companies which are publicly traded)
Integrated Services
Services include:
- tailored advice
- fundraising strategy
- selection of appropriate domestic and international funding sources including Private Equity fund managers and strategic investors
- preparation of private fundraising information memoranda
- negotiation of financial/commercial transaction terms and documentation
- management of public fundraisings (for quoted companies) including broker introductions and transaction coordination services
- assignment project management to completion
Depending on specific client requirements we either act as principal advisor/arranger, or transaction manager where we identify and coordinate third party funding sources.
