Independent Advisory Oversight
NextLevelCorporate also provides independent advisory oversight services. Typically provided in the context of large and/or complex transactions where one or more integrated financial services providers are involved.
In these circumstances our objective is to ensure:
- advice is appropriately conceived, tailored and balanced with client needs foremost in mind
- transaction pricing and execution costs are set in the best interests of client shareholders
- overall solutions are delivered in the best interests of client shareholders
Most notably, these assignments include internal takeover response oversight and participation in confidential transaction development steering committees.
