Burrup Fertilisers - US$720m and other complex project development/financings
Originated and structured the US$720m project financing for Burrup Fertilisers, the world's largest ammonia processing plant including orginating and negotiating the offtake. This was a landmark transaction, enabling construction of Western Australia's first and only downstream gas to liquids processing plant. Also structured and arranged a first-of-its-kind Commonwealth Governmemt credit-wrapped 10-year structured debt facility, and hedging, to support F-35 Joint Strike Fighter parts manufacturing in Australia.
